Grachtenkieker - Fantastic location with high-quality furnishings

Located right in Greetsiel, in the so-called Greetsiel Canal District, just a few steps from the harbor and town center, this beautiful canal cottage with a fireplace—sleeping up to 6 people—sits on a gorgeous canal-front lot.

This detached cottage and its garden are situated directly on a canal. A family-friendly “Trapper” Canadian canoe and a pedal boat for 4 people are available for your daily excursions (March 15–end of October; subject to change and at your own risk). Set off from your own dock and “explore” Greetsiel and East Frisia.

The house is very tastefully and fully furnished. On the first floor is the spacious living/dining room (with a swivel LED TV) adjacent to a spacious kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer combo, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, a double waffle maker.
A washing machine and dryer are also available free of charge.
The fireplace and the sauna (included) on the upper floor invite you to enjoy cozy evenings and quiet moments. The 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, are located on the first floor (1) and 2 on the upper floor. The bedroom with the double bed has a second TV. The windows in the bedrooms and in the lower bathroom are fitted with fly screens (including the patio doors) and electric shutters. The two shower rooms on the first floor and upper floor are equipped with high-quality fixtures. The entire house is fully tiled. Underfloor heating in the living area and the ground-floor bathroom keeps your feet warm.

In January 2024, both bathrooms were completely gutted and redesigned, so that both now feature walk-in showers. All kitchen appliances, the sofa set, and other furniture have also been replaced.

A storage shed is available, as well as patio furniture (lounge chairs, chairs, and a table) and a grill. A private parking space is also available for your use.

An ironing board and an iron are also available free of charge.
