The decorative fireplace in the living/dining area creates a cozy atmosphere.<br>The adjoining open-concept kitchen features many amenities, such as a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven with broiler, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso, Senseo, a raclette machine, an egg cooker, kitchen utensils, and much more. In the glass bay window, a modern dining set with an extendable table and 6 chairs rounds out the inviting interior.<br><br>In the two bedrooms, state-of-the-art box-spring beds (1 measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m and 2 measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m) ensure a restful night’s sleep, and a spacious wardrobe offers plenty of storage. Both bedrooms can be darkened and are also equipped with a flat-screen TV.<br><br>There is a spacious, modern bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower (0.90 m x 1.20 m) and a large vanity.
