”Everything was great. Except that there are guest who might be smoking in their room (even though it is a non smoking hotel). We could smell it in our room.”

”Matka Kuala Lumpurissa onnistui hyvin tämän majoituksen ansiosta. Hieno uima-allas ja sijainti kauppojen ja ruokapaikkojen vieressä toimi hyvin. Kaupungin keskustaan ja nähtävyyksiin on hieman matkaa joten varaudu käyttämään taksia. ”
”Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed. She even arranged a small cake and candle as my daughter turned 17 during our stay.

”There is a strong musty smell the moment the lift open on the 7th floor. The safe didn’t work.
At 11.15pm and I was still wide awake, The loud music downstairs is still banging away. The noise level is insane. It’s impossible to get any sleep. I am staying in the seventh floor and it is so loud you can feel the vibration. ”

”Surprisingly big unit and in a good location. Bed was comfy and bathroom spacious. Car park was very convenient. Quite well equipped with iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave etc. ”
