Location in city scale was good; Hard Rock Café, Petronas Twin Tower, KL Tower, Monorail, mail shopping areas were all within a walking distance, and rest of the city was just a monorail trip away. Hotel is located on a dead end, and during night time it is bit uncomfortable to walk there due to the darkness and lack of pedestrian friendly street design. Staff was friendly, although bit more distant than many other place in KL and Malaysia. Room was big and well equipped. Windows were big but all the noise from the near big road and streets underneath came in very loud. There is a mosque nearby, and the prayer call can be heard very loudly just before 6 AM into the room. A major defect in the room was found from the bathroom. Due to the very poor design of the shower cabinet, the entire bathroom floor flooded after a shower. And since there is no drainage and no scraper to take the water out, there a was a puddle of water on the floor from shower to time that housekeeping came. Not nice at all. Breakfast was nice and versatile. Pool area looked nice but is very small. The pool bar was never open when we tried to go there for a drink. Gym has wonderful view and is well equipped. In general, very good value for the money.
