Guest access
Guest currently can only access inside the unit.

The rooftop section which included all the main facilities of swimming pool, bar, restaurant, gym and sauna is currently closed under maintenance.

Guests can anytime after 3:00pm but before 10pm of the same day.

Check-In after 10PM will have extra charge from RM50.

Please do inform us your approximate arrival time, so that I can make sure the unit is ready for you.

There is no free carpark provided, however we may provide parking card at daily rate of RM20 which allow guests to park inside the apartment subject to availability.

Guests may also park at Wilson Parking which is a basement parking located next to Sky Suites with a rate of RM4/hr and up to RM12/day only but multiple charges on multiple entries.

Cleaning fee is collected at once for cleaning and laundry purposes after guests had checked out. Additional cleaning service can be arranged upon request with fee of RM50/cleaning.

Penalty Fee of RM200 will be charged in the event of the lost of each access card(s), found smoking or partying in the unit separately.

For stay-duration of a week or above, guests are responsible keeping electricity usage at befitting (40kWh) per day. By exceeding the usage, guests are required to pay the extra amount exceeding and host has the rights to request the extra charges.

Hosts reserves the right to change unit for guests in case of emergency with/ without prior notice with a equivalent or better replacement unit.
