"The hotel facilities are excellent. Comfortable room, great spa, wonderful breakfast options. But⊠service is poor. Room service is excruciatingly slow. We had to call three times for a beer. Service at breakfast is sloppy. Twenty minutes after we arrived, we had finished eating and coffee was still ..."
