”Fantastic quiet spot to enjoy Koslanda area. Highly recommended if you're looking to unwind and enjoy the grounds. Staff, service, food, room, pool all great, only downside is drive time to wider activities (Ella/Lipton's Seat) make for long day trips.”

”Very nice place and experience to sleep up in a tree! The service was excellent and friendly stuff. They did us a big tasty takeaway breakfast 05am because we were going on early morning safari to Udawalawe. There is no windows in the room or bathroom but it was not a problem for us, it makes the athmosphere, feeling like you sleep in the jungle. There are bambu curtains insted of the windows. I recomend this for one-two nights sleepover. The bathroom is clean and shower is good like in a 3star...

”By far, best place to stay in Sri Lanka! You have your little bungalow in a picturesque area surrounded by rice paddies, gardens, wild life. The pool is amazing, the food outstanding. The hotel staff is absolutely incredible. A special shout out to Kingsley, Madu and Salini and all staff. They welcome you like a family member. ”

”First of all, when I went to 'Palugaha pilgrim resort' it was locked. Even the mobile was not reachable. I had booked this thro' Expedia. Fortunately the auto rickshaw driver was knowledgeable about the place so took us to a nearby place. This did not have any name but there was someone to entertain us. He claimed that was the Palugaha resort & also said there was no intimation from Expedia reg my booking. However, he was kind enough to arrange the room for us. After that, everything was fine....
