Welcome to our newly renovated and tastefully furnished 3-room holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn! Spacious, cozy, and bright, this large apartment is all on one level (no stairs) and offers 67 square meters of space for up to 3 guests. The open, stylish living area features a dining table for 4 and a comfortable seating area—perfect for relaxing. A satellite TV in the living room provides entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, four-burner stove, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine, plus plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots.



There are two bedrooms: the main bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a large wardrobe, and a satellite TV. The second, smaller bedroom offers a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe, ensuring restful nights. The modern bathroom has a shower (0.80 m x 1.20 m), a sink with cabinet, and a toilet.



A free parking space is available for you right next to the property. There is also a shared storage room for bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Your beds will be made on arrival.
