The apartment complex was built in 1997 in the traditional seaside resort style and is located in the quieter, southern part of Strandstraße, near the city forest.

You will be staying in a two-room holiday apartment on the ground floor with a south-facing terrace including garden furniture.

The living room features a comfortable leather sofa, a coffee table, and a wall unit with a fold-down bed for the third and fourth person. There is a dining area with a table and four chairs, and a kitchenette fully equipped with cookware and tableware for four people.

The bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), two bedside tables, a spacious five-door wardrobe, and a second LCD TV.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle (100x100 cm), a toilet, a towel rack, and a washbasin integrated into a cabinet for toiletries.

There is also a cloakroom and a storage room.
