Welcome to your modern vacation home in the heart of Kühlungsborn! Our light-filled penthouse apartment (4th floor) was completely renovated in 2026 and furnished to a high standard. It accommodates up to 4 guests and is the perfect retreat for families or couples.



The best thing about our apartment is its unique combination: you’re centrally located right on the bustling Strandstraße—yet you still enjoy absolute peace and quiet! Since the apartment faces a small side street and is located at the very top of the building, you’ll be completely undisturbed by the hustle and bustle.



To ensure your vacation starts off comfortably and relaxed from the very first minute, you’ll also have your own parking spot available nearby in the parking garage. Park your car and enjoy your vacation!
