The Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg vacation home is situated on a large lot in the center of Kühlungsborn-West, right next to the city forest. Built in the seaside resort architectural style, the Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg has been lovingly restored and expanded and now offers space for 9 individually designed vacation apartments. All apartments feature a terrace or balcony. Of course, the apartments are equipped with towels and bed linens so you can enjoy your vacation from the very first minute. In our spacious garden area, we offer seating areas and a children’s play area, as well as plenty of space to relax or socialize.If you’d rather get active, use our fitness room for exercise or endurance training, or unwind in our sauna house.

To ensure that even a chilly day at the Baltic Sea can be spent in warmth, a separate sauna building is at your disposal.

Vacation rental featuring a living area with a double-bed sofa, a dining area in a private sunroom, a kitchen area, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a terrace on the first floor. Underground parking space available for a fee.

Our Brandung Baltic Sea vacation apartment for 2 to 4 people is located on the first floor of the Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg, featuring high ceilings and a spacious layout. The apartment was remodeled and renovated in 2025.

From the separate entryway with a coat closet, you can access the spacious bathroom with a shower on one side and the living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy seating area, and a TV on the other. Wi-Fi is available here, just as it is throughout the rest of the apartment. In front of the living room, you’ll find a light-filled sunroom with a dining area and access to the terrace. A beautiful bedroom with a double bed and TV rounds out the spacious living space.
You can park your car safely and securely in the underground garage on the neighboring property for a fee.
