This comfortable three-room apartment is located on the ground floor with a west-facing terrace in the popular "Holiday Dreams by the Sea" complex. It offers approximately 70 square meters of living space and comfortably accommodates up to four people.

The cozy living area features two comfortable sofas. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player provide evening entertainment.

The open-plan kitchen is directly adjacent to the living area. It is fully equipped with everything from cutlery and dishes to various kitchen utensils. Of course, a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher are also provided.

The dining area is ideally situated between the kitchen and the living area. The modern breakfast bar comfortably seats four people, perfect for starting the day with a delicious breakfast.

Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed where you can enjoy your "holiday dream." The wardrobes offer ample space for your holiday clothes.

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. To ensure privacy, there is a separate WC with a sink.

The west-facing terrace is perfect for relaxing. Here you can soak up the sun or unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (maximum height 2.00 m) which you can use free of charge.

The underground garage also offers a bicycle storage room, a coin-operated washing machine, and a coin-operated dryer.

In the courtyard of the holiday complex, a sauna with an indoor and outdoor relaxation area is available for your use free of charge. Please note that due to the current COVID-19 situation, usage may be restricted.
