The Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg vacation home is located on a large property in the center of Kühlungsborn-West, right next to the city forest. Built in the traditional seaside resort architectural style, the Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg has been lovingly restored and expanded and now offers 9 individually designed vacation apartments. All apartments feature a terrace or balcony. Of course, the apartments are equipped with towels and bed linens so you can enjoy your vacation from the very first minute. In our spacious garden area, we offer seating areas and a children’s play corner, as well as plenty of space to relax or socialize.If you’d rather get active, use our fitness room for calisthenics or endurance training.

To ensure that even a chilly day on the Baltic Sea can be spent in warmth, a separate sauna building is at your disposal.

Our Baltic Sea vacation apartment “Sonnenwende,” accommodating six to eight people, is located on the 2nd floor of the “Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg” and features a spacious layout.
The spacious apartment with a large balcony measures approximately 100 m² and features hardwood floors and high-quality furniture.
The sun-drenched apartment features a large, open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes, has a beautiful covered balcony where you can soak up the Baltic Sea sun until late in the evening.
The three bedrooms with double beds feature built-in closets. One bedroom offers an additional sleeping option. All bedrooms have a TV.
The cozy leather couch in the living room can be pulled out as needed. A flat-screen TV is, of course, available, as is Wi-Fi.
The entryway with a separate coat closet, 3 bathrooms, and an additional guest restroom round out this fantastic “Sonnenwende” Baltic Sea vacation rental.
You can park your cars safely and securely in the underground garage on the neighboring property for a fee.
