This historic building, once the spa house in Kühlungsborn, was rebuilt in 2000 modeled after the original spa house. The “Haus Meeresblick” vacation apartment complex combines turn-of-the-century seaside resort architecture with modern design. The newly built and spacious vacation apartments are located directly on the sea, and some offer an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. You can enjoy your vacation in modern, well-equipped vacation apartments ranging from 45 to 60 square meters in size. The building features a café, elevators, an underground parking garage, a bicycle storage room, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, and a trash room (please separate your trash!).



Apartment WM503 is a comfortable three-room apartment with an east-facing balcony and a size of approximately 60 square meters. Password-protected Wi-Fi (subject to availability). The price for vacation apartment WM503 includes linens for 2 people and final cleaning. Parking space No. 127 in the underground garage (1.80 m high) is available to you free of charge with the apartment. This functionally designed vacation apartment on the 5th floor features an open-concept living area with a kitchenette and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a guest room with a bunk bed. The functional kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, and various kitchenware. A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet rounds out the apartment’s modern overall design.

With two separate bedrooms, the apartment provides comfortable spaces to retreat to. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second, with a bunk bed, is particularly suitable for children.

A balcony with seating invites you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and wind down the day in complete relaxation. A special bonus: From the house, you can reach the beach via direct access in just a few moments.

Just 10 meters from the beach, you’ll stay in a modern 3-room vacation apartment. The 58-square-meter apartment is located on the 5th floor. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, two armchairs, a sideboard, cable TV, a radio, a dining area (dining table and 4 chairs), and a kitchenette. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of Baltic Park and a side view of the Baltic Sea. The master bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe, and the guest room has a bunk bed and a wardrobe. The kitchenette is modernly equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, four-burner stove, dishwasher, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom with a shower and toilet and the entryway with a coat rack complete the apartment.
