The highlight is the large, sunny rooftop terrace—ideal for a delicious breakfast, a relaxing afternoon on the loungers, or a cozy evening together.



The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the historic "Haus Kühlung," built in the early 20th century in spa style. The open-plan living and dining area features a maritime dining space and a comfortable sitting corner with flat-screen TV, DVD player, and mini hi-fi system. From here, you can access the spacious terrace, perfect for breakfast or simply relaxing on the loungers.



The pantry kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, two hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, and plenty of cooking utensils.



In the inviting bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, and a TV. Please note: access to the left side of the bed is a bit narrow and may be challenging.



The bathroom with shower gets plenty of daylight from the skylight and offers a large washbasin with ample counter space.



A parking space is included. Bike racks are also available on the property.
