”Lovely property, renovated (but not "restored") to high standard but modern electricals (great wifi, TV) and kitchen/baths. Spacious home, multiple eating areas, quiet street, and with a terrific host. Maldon is a charming small town and well-located to see the goldfields area. Only downside is there are only a couple of places in the town proper to dine out (Castlemaine is close). But a great place with all creature comforts.”

”We had a short weekend stay here and Wow everything you need for a relaxing holiday..... what a fantastic touch to have a bottle of wine and some choclates complimentary on our arrival.. Nice cosy cottage with all the amenities you could wish for ”

”We had a good time. The owner was very nice n helpful. Dinner was just across the road. We had a quiet n enjoyable time.”

”The motel rooms on the ground floor were sufficiently shield by the hotel building so we heard no traffic noise. The beds were comfortuable and we slept well. It has a microwave, toaster and fridge with the makings for breakfast at hand. One minor downside is that there is no formal office. So. you need to call someone to check-in to your room. Similarly on checkout, you just leave the keys in your room and shut the door.”

”The motel room was clean and tidy and comfortable. The cabin was a work in progress. The main bed has slats as base and collapsed and needs maintenance. The bathroom and kitchen are relatively new and very clean. The other bedrooms are cluttered and not comfortable. The tv needs attention, behind the couches are stored pieces of timber. ”

”Old motel, nice quiet A/C, bed, hot water all good. Bit pricey for the moderate level of comfort. Clean and good ventilation as there was a stink of deodorant. Would stay again for a good night sleep, but would negotiate for better deal.”
