”Everything was going well until I had an issue at the restaurant. After I paid for my meal, the staff returned without my full change and said they didn’t have any. This kind of situation is far too common and often feels like a deliberate way of shortchanging customers. I wasn’t pleased, and I made it clear that I would have gladly tipped more than the amount withheld. Service providers can and should do better. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for their exact change, no matter how small”

Pool may need cleaning more frequently. 3. Food ordered from on-site restaurant takes a while to get prepared. 4. Lawrence is a great driver. Punctual. May need to work on being accessible through his cell phone though. 5. Any room related issues reported to concierge is addressed promptly. Overall, great stay. Welcoming staff....

”It wasn’t terrible, but the hotel is a bit far from the city center. The staff were attentive and well-intentioned. However, the breakfast was very poor. For six days, we kept eating omelet and bread. There were no slippers, tea, or coffee in the rooms—only a kettle. I honestly don’t understand what the kettle is for without tea or coffee. There was no shampoo in the bathroom either. The worst part was the constant noise coming from the water pump in the garden, which disturbed us all the time....

”Their water was polluted. As I turned on the water in the morning, at first the color was black with pure grime. Later on it turned brown. The staff failed to fix this problem in a timely fashion and I couldn’t shower the entire day. I ended up checking out to find a different hotel. Momo’s while acknowledging the problem has nonetheless refused to refund my payment. Momo’s staff were also deceptive. First they told me I owed dinner bill from the night I arrived and they would issue a refund...
