”The rooms were clean but the property is run down in a few areas. Customer service was good but one of the ladies at check didn’t appear to like her job. I don’t have her name but she was the middle aged blond lady. Everyone else was wonderful. ”

”View from reception lobby is instant postcard scene - lush garden, pool area, ocean - that makes you pat yourself in the back for a good choice.
Pool area is excellent: main pool with cave & waterfall, infinity pool, slides, hot tubs etc.
Our room (deluxe in building 7) had plenty of tidy comfortable space for four with ocean view from lanai. With a bit of luck you can park right outside.
There are shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Still I'd recommend renting a car to get the...
”Excellent aesthetics, but the staff could be more knowledgeable and onsite reservations booked very quickly, we should have booked before our arrival or they should make special accommodations for guests staying at the hotel. The layout of the hotel was a bit odd and confusing, getting to the beach was a little challenging, but overall beautiful hotel and excellent location on Kauai. Would stay again.”
