”Hotel it self looks a bit old from the outside but from the inside very nice as expected from a 5 star hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice view (we stayed on a upper floor facing the dead sea). Furniture and toilet facilities were modern and clean. We ordered 5 different meals from the room service and all of them arrived quickly, food was tasty. Each plate was well presented. Pool area was large with plenty of seating. ”The spa services were far superior than anything. I have experienced in other hotels in this area. The array of treatment options is on the level of any hotel anywhere, and the quality of the therapy staff superior as well. Also, the women at the reception desk were all pleasant and friendly as opposed to some of the rude abrupt Russian women in other hotels.
