”I was in a mixed dormitory and everything was nice and clean. They kept the general area cooler which is nice since it gets hot inside the bed/capsule but they also provide fans if you request one. I never had to wait to use the bathroom or one of the showers. There is laundry and vending machines in the building but no change machine so just keep that in mind. The location was quite convenient for transportation (bus, street car) and dining. They also had bikes for rent right outside. There was...

”We stayed in 3 Intergate hotels during our stay in Japan. They are all clean, friendly, well situated and dependable. On top of that they all have a happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks between 5-7pm which is a nice touch ”

”Wonderful hotel experience! Amazing views fom room and lounge/breakfast area in 25th floor. Best breakfast for a westerner I’ve had in Japan. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only little bad thing I can say is that windows could be a little more soundproof for traffic noise. ”

”First time staying in this Hotel on out trups to Japan and we were not disappointed. Itnis located in a very convenient area for food, shopping as well as only a 15 minute or so walk to the Peace Memorial park. The hotel staff were awesome. The rooms were beautiful as well. We have no complaints at all! We will be back on our next trip to Hiroshima”

”Rather old hotel, a bit shabby and a need for upgrade. Beds very comfortable, breakfast was a bit disappointing. The shopping center in same complex was totally dead. Good connections to major sightseeing areas ”

”Location of the hotel is perfect. The japanese-standard small room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff at the reception spoke some english and they were friendly and helpful. Complimentary evenging coffee/tea was served in the lounge area. ”
