"We stayed here for one night prior to flying out of New Chitose airport. The room was clean and comfortable, the shared lounge was comfortable and a lovely amenity. Breakfast was a limited, fixed menu that was tricky for us as vegans, but otherwise it was a totally fine place to spend one night!"

"It was right in the CTS terminal, which was fantastic location. It included breakfast. Not great for a coeliac but a couple of things I could eat. The room was pretty small. The heating was too much. You can’t open the windows, but they did given us a fan to use in the room. The bathroom was clean. ..."
