”We really enjoyed our stay, tattoos were not a problem”

”The views are amazing, but the property is quite dated and if you look around the vents and ac you can see lots of dust and mold”

”There isn’t much to do nearby, so it’s really a place to relax, enjoy the onsen, eat, sleep, read, and unwind. I highly recommend booking the half-board option since there are very few dining choices outside the hotel. We had a room with a private bath, which was wonderful.

”Perhematka, kuusi aikuista ja pieni vauva. Tilavat ja siistiy huoneet. Hyvä onsen, jossa hienot yksilölliset kylpyläpalvelut. Hyvä buffet, aamiainen ja päivällinen. Lapsiystävällinen, rauhallinen hotelli kauniin Shuzenjin kylässä. ”

”Good”

”Amazing place. And the town itself is incredibly quiet. An absolutely serene location.”

”The hotel was very authentic and this is the experience we were looking for. The staff were nice and helpful. Everything was great.”

”Great staff, amenities, good food, nice view of Mt Fuji. Very high end hotel, worth the price and would visit again. ”
