Aamupalalla useana päivänä juomalasit loppuivat hyllystä. Pöydästä puuttui myös parina aamuna servetit, jotka henkilökunta tosin pyydettäessä toi samoin kuin kahvinkin, mikäli sen tarjoaminen oli unohtunut. Nämä olivat ainoat negatiiviset kokemukset eli kaikki muu sitten 5 tähden mukaista!

Täydenpalvelun hotelli
Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä, aamiainen yksi parhaimmista (myös jäätelöä), allasalue viihtyisä ja meidän vierailun aikaan erittäin vähän muita hotellivieraita. Respasta sai apua ja meidän kadonneita matkalaukkuja myös virkailijat auttoivat jäljittämään. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli miellyttävä kokemus (Thank you Siwi) ja huoneen saimme heti aamusta, huoneluokan korotus oli edullinen ja tartuimme tarjoukseen. Huone oli tilava ja tyynyt ihanan pehmeitä ja muotoutuvia. Hotelli on ehkä hieman sivussa keskustan hälinästä mutta kävellen kuitenkin lyhyt matka lähimpiin ostospaikkoihin esim. Beachwalk- ostoskeskukseen. Hotelli oli ylellisen tuntuinen ja muista varautua turvatarkastuksiin esim. Läpivalaisuun aina hotelliin mennessä. Ranta hotellin edessä, tien toisella puolella, oli siisti, viihtyisä ja palvelu sielläkin pelasi hienosti. Voisimme palata uudelleen tähän samaan hotelliin.

Hyvä hotelli Legian beachillä.
Tasokas hotelli. Suosittelen "Pool View" -huonetta jossa oma kylpyamme parvekkeella. Tasokas aamiainen, hyvä huonepalvelu. Lähellä Legian-rantaa. Iso uima-allas aurinkotuoleilla ja allasbaari. Huone siisti ja hyvin hoidettu.

There are no words to describe how good our stay at the stones was. I could not fault a single thing. The staff made our stay so comfortable, effortless and memorable. Its immaculate, the food is always 10/10 and they have the best happy hour! I would stay here again and again

The first class service of staff tops everything beyond the hotel’s excellent facilities. The rooms that face inward the magnificent pool with tub in the balcony are worth the upgrade. The rooms are a good, comfortable size, food in the restaurant offers a variety of local and international cuisine, and the beach is just across the property for those beautiful Bali sunsets.

Huge property with strict security measures. Large breakfast selection and plenty of pool lounges. We loved the iceypole on arrival, in place of a standard welcome drink. Check in was for 3pm. We arrived just prior to 3pm, but could not access our room until 4pm, so sat around for an hour in the heat, waiting. Room was clean with free minibar and fruit basket, which was a lovely touch. I had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and reception staff were extremely helpful with arranging immediate transport to the hospital. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful resort, huge pool with a swim up bar & lots of lounges. If you can extend the budget to a room with balcony & bath overlooking the pool then do that. Staff all super friendly & very attentive. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were all lovely, helpful, very approachable and friendly. Breakfast was A M A Z I N G. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Reasonably priced laundry service. Close to a variety of other dining options, taxis and other transport at doorstep daily. Close to shopping, Melasti Markets, across the road from the beach. One negative was the spa in the pool could do with a scrub around the edges however the rest of the pool area was wonderful. Would come again.

The hotel is a bit old and we saw a few roaches in our room at night for a few days which was a bit of a disappointment. Don’t know if it’s because our room is on the first floor. They should do a better job for the pests. But I do have to say, it has a nice pool and restaurant food is nice too. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is also very convenient to eatery and shopping and of course the beach!

Ended up getting Bali belly and only thing different I ate was at the resort. Talking to a few other guest and they had got it too. Thinking the food standards of the resort may not be inline with their hospitality

This hotel was amazing! I couldn’t say enough about the hotel, the staff and the time we had there. The rooms were always stocked and clean, the staff always at attention to assist and always willing to offer recommendation for where to go and what to do. It is a quiet neighbourhood, less party spot but is very calm and safe. I would recommend this hotel to everyone possible and will be back. I miss it already.

Great pool area, great breakfast, and friendly staff everywhere. Rooms are good size (outward facing rooms have no balcony), our choice to stay in a room with no balcony, but next time with have a room with a balcony). IMO needs a better menu for poolside food. Short walk for many food choices, or dine in at the hotel restaurant. Plenty of transport available out front of hotel.
