”The facilities are new and beautiful. They overlook the small crater lake Munyanyange which hosts birds year round and lesser flamingoes in July/August. The staff are excellent. The chef is superb! Very close to a gate for Queen Elizabeth. Staff helpful in arranging tours and walks as desired. An up and coming location, I believe. It can be hard to find initially as Google maps doesn’t have the back roads of Katwe, only the main road. If a sign goes down, you will need to ask directions...

”No hot water, no working internet, they say they have internet and hot water for showers but it never works. I could barely lock my room, no working tv, lights in bathroom did not work, curtains falling out of wall. Everyone of these issues was brought to management the first three days and nothing was done. I stopped complaining.
