”The bungalow was nice, spacious, especially the terrace overlooking the mountain forest was beautiful. The food was good and we also appreciated a good bottle of wine with dinner. It also has the advantage of being just minutes from the main gate to the national park (Rushaga Gate). The place is harder to find though, more signage would be appreciated. ”

”The place is very nice and clean, however we felt a little bit scammed for the price of the food which is over European standard. They only have one choice and asked 20$ for it and you really don’t have other options in the area. They let you pay also the water…the road to come is very bad also. I’d not stay again”

”El hotel ofrece lo que tiene para el precio que cuesta (unos cuarenta o cincuenta euros por noche). Lo mejor es la atención al cliente y la cocina. Lo peor, la habitación: es muy básica, con una cama cuyo somier se hunde por la mitad y ni siquiera una papelera en parte alguna (por supuesto, tampoco gel de ducha o champú). Daniels cooking was superb & under not the easiest of conditions.We felt very close to nature here.Having booked through Expedia we had no tour operators & so did all our liaison with the lodge re transfer from Kisoro air strip & back, Gorilla permits, village tours etc. Joan we will never forget you & your beautiful family.My wife cried with emotion when she saw the Gorillas.
