Basically my huge huge huge complaint is on all the sites including hotels.com this property Iâm on just about every other one in Kiev is listed as handicap accessible. But there is a massive staircase simply to get in the door then once you do you go down another staircase and go up another staircase and you think youâre done oh but no you have another 69 steps to go before you reach the lobby of the hostel. How in the hell is that handicap accessible? How in the hell is that handicap accessible? I tried numerous different properties in Kiev none of which were either handicap accessible either so I just had to crawl my way to the top of the stairs and once Iâm up there as long as you donât plan on going out and seeing the city youâre all right. The property is rather nice even though they lie and steal when it comes to laundry. But overall the property itself is pretty nice it is located next to a grocery store just lies about handicap accessibility.
