”Comfortable bed, spectacular view of the caldera. Would definitely stay again ”

”Our recent stay at this hotel was excellent. The room felt new, spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, although a bit further from Naxos Port, about 15 to 20 minutes on foot. The surrounding area felt very safe, with plenty of dining options nearby, and there's a large supermarket about 15 minutes away for better-priced essentials. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, offering a very warm welcome with a complimentary drink...

”This is the second time staying at this hotel. Reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed here 6 nights and we really enjoyed our stay! The bed however is a little on the hard side. It is located very near to Ornos beach and town. Very easily accessible to restaurants and the main town of Mykonos.”

”Hyvä hotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla. Hotellin pitäjä on erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias, hotelli Helmoksessa tuntee olevansa tervetullut. Viihtyisä ja tilava huone. Kylpyhuone myös hyvä, suihku ei kastele koko kylpyhuonetta. Viereiseltä kadulta kantautuva melu häiritsee öisin jonkin verran, jos on herkkäuninen.”

”The staff are absolutely amazing. The resort is really nice. Unfortunately we could not use the pool because of the weather but the jacuzzi was fun. Breakfast was decent. The pick up and drop facilities make it quite convenient to stay there. If you have your own vehicle then it's super convenient. They can arrange for the hire as well. Would recommend it if you want to be away from the crowded places like Fira and Oia. And highly recommend it for the friendly staff! Would to stay again here”

”Excellent hotel with good quality-price ratio. Right next to Caldera View and center of Fira and still very quiet. Breakfast was awesome, large buffet selection and in addition freshly baked toasts, fresh fruits etc. Very good cleanliness. Great service, e.g. transport service to airport. Environmental aspects should be taken better into account (e.g. I bet nobody needs a new pair of slippers packed in plastic wrap every day). Overall very good choice if planning accommodation in Fira.”

”Hotel was ok, but worth of 1/3 normal price. Nice pool and restaurant. Friendly staff. Good location, no kaldera view but nice sunset view. Bit worn, no pool towels, when needed, quite minimal breakfast (cheap👍). In the room the double bed was upstairs so a/c didn’t cool enough and stairs are dangerous if you are not in perfect shape.”
