Sparkling clean!

This cute rental worked very well for my husband and I. It was amazingly clean and had everything we needed, even a smoothie mixer which I used multiple times. I appreciated the extra touch of having all the wall switches labeled so there was no guessing. Only negative was that although the sofa did not appear old, it’s cushions were “compressed” and uncomfortable.

Quiet Country Stay

Our 1 bedroom unit was impeccable and situated far enough out of town to feel like country living, while only a short drive to nearby towns. The owners, Wayne and Pam, were very responsive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable. My husband made friends with one of their longhorn cows who ran over every morning for her daily carrot! Would recommend staying there, especially if you enjoy lodging with deer grazing in your backyard!

Don’t miss this little slice of heaven

We spent 3 weeks in the townhome and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. Family visited, outside of course on our patio, grandson played, he loved watching the Longhorns. Thank you Wayne and Pam, we will be back.

Our family loved our stay, the house was perfect and so close to the wedding at Texas Old Town. The bed was comfy and the towels were plush, such a nice touch. And my son loved seeing the Longhorns grazing in the field across from the house!

Fantastic vacation spot

It was clean, quiet, and Pam & Wayne are incredibly kind. When we booked it a couple of things got mixed up and Pam did everything to make sure we were still comfortable and happy with the stay and I could not be more thankful for this experience in general. The town house was perfect for my husband, 2 kids, and I. I was able to bring a sense of home to my husband who doesn’t ever get to come home until we move. Thank you Wayne & Pam for doing what you do. And I will definitely keep you in mind for the future stays for everyone.

The Perfect Retreat

This was the perfect place to stay for two weeks. Our grandchildren came up from Houston to visit on the weekends and enjoyed the tire swing in back and watching the small herd of cattle and donkey in the adjacent field.(Kind of like a built in petting zoo). One night, after a lightening storm we lost power to outlets in the kitchen area and the owner (Wayne) was there right away to fix it. Very clean and quiet. Much better than staying in a hotel!

Wonderful place to stay

This is our second stay at Copperfield Suites and Rentals. We enjoyed it as much as the first time. The Suite had everything we needed and is located in a beautiful, safe area. Thanks, Pam and Wayne for providing such a great place for us to vacation while we are in the area visiting family. We also appreciate being able to have our grandchildren stay with us; they love the outdoor play area. We hope to be back again.

Great Location; Beautiful Accomodations!

I truly enjoyed my time at Pat and Wayne's adorable rental in Kyle. I loved that it was tucked away from the hustle of the freeway, but still close enough to access everywhere I needed to go. Perfect for accessing the Texas State University campus and for site-seeing and shopping as well. The place was attractively decorated and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cold waters left in the refrigerator and ice already made in the freezer. Little touches like extra blankets and towels, as well as leftover containers in the kitchen made the "living" there truly like being at home! I will definitely be visiting again!

Absolutely perfect

This place was perfect for our needs. Our daughter got married across the street and this was so convenient. But more than convience, it was beautiful, clean and there was everything that we needed. We hosed the bride and the bridesmaids (10) for. Breakfast on the wedding day. There was plenty of room using the patio. Great location and unit

Pam and Wayne could not have been better hosts. Their unit is beautifully and functionally arraigned. All conveniences were available. The appliances were just perfect. The setting was idealic, with longhorns in the field across the front yard. If you wake up early enough you can see a herd of deer in the back yard. At night the distant whistle of the train gives it a romantic atmosphere, especially when it is answered by coyotes in the distance. We can't recommend them enough. Kyle is wonderfully located between Austin and San Antonio. There is a large grocery store in town and it is not far from great BBQ and the hill country. Hal & Marcie

I loved that I found this it was perfect and met all our needs, we met Wayne the owner, he's so down to earth family man.. it felt like we were right at home.. we stood for 8 days and it was quite comfortable and clean.. they definitely went out there way to offering guests a excellent stay.. would definitely recommend this to anyone ..
