”Had some issues upon arrival. We had a reservation for a triple room, but they weren't willing to have us stay in such a room(even if they have the room type, and I had reserved it) . ”For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! We did like the cat-robot collecting used dishes though. Restaurants appear hugely overpriced concidering the alternatives in the vicinity. The location is very convenient for all purposes however. Would not visit again, would not recommend. Unless you feel the need for some tad overboard pretention. "
