”The Europe hotel did not clearly annonced beforehand breakfast was NOT included. It was quite an expensive compared to area pricelevel. We took it only once, using cafes in the near neighbourhood.”

”Hotel was really nice and all the service was polite. Except when I made my check out. The person did not look me in to the eyes when returned the key, and she looked angry for some reason. I wanted to tell how much I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, but didn’t because she looked so angry. I did not take it personally and I want to think that she was sad that I was leaving. ”The host was super responsive, communication was easy. She waited for us on the day of arrival. The place is easy to find, reachable by public transport, close to the old town, shops, etc. very central. Beautiful apartment, great location. The kitchen is minimally equipped, but that was enough for us to cook meals. Thank you!”

”Apartment was great, spacious, clean and in an amazing location, plus not expensive at all. The only thing that was a little problematic was the communication, I never recieved any information about the key, the entrance to the building or any information relevant to my stay. We recieved a number from hotles.com platform to call if we don't recieve any information before the check in to the apartment, but after calling that number we came in contact with the apartment owner and everything was...

”私の荷物は航空会社に無くされてしまいました。空港にて遺失物調査書類を作成提出。あとは自分で航空会社へ電話して具体的に調整することとなり、そこへ電話するも、Belarus語にて対応。私は外国語を流暢に話すことができないため、Hotelのフロントスタッフに相談して、こちらの要望を伝えていただきまして大変助かりました。結果、荷物を帰国直前にホテルへ届けていただきました。 幸いホテルはMinsk中央駅に徒歩5分と至近。必要なもの全てを駅横のガリレオから調達することができ非常に助かりました。ホテルの部屋にはキッチン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機までありましたので毎日朝食を作って、洗濯もしました。また、Minskの主要な観光先へ、全て徒歩で回ることができました。ネスビジ、ミールへもバスターミナル（ガリレオの隣　ホテルから徒歩8分と近く）から日帰りする事が出来ました。”
