In the Las Tres Cales area, 3 km from Ametlla del Mar: We rent our very attractive and welcoming family villa, which we strive to make comfortable for everyone, less than 100 meters from the sea. For your private and secluded use: our private 10x4.5 meter swimming pool (1.50 meters deep throughout), a private garden with a well-maintained and fenced lawn, an outdoor shower, a pergola for sheltered dining on the terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a private parking space. We provide everything you might need. The house is in a quiet location, and there is ample parking available outside. Within 3 km, you'll find numerous supermarkets, restaurants, and a train station, all within easy reach. A restaurant/bar is 300 meters from the villa, and sandy and pebble beaches and coves are nearby. For those wishing to visit Tarragona, such as the PortAventura theme park 48km away, Aquopolis Park, Ebro Delta Natural Park. Many Spanish cities are nearby such as Reus, Cambrils, Miami Playa, L'Hospitalet de l'Infante, L'Ampola, Tortosa, Riumar with its large sandy beaches and Barcelona just 150km away… The house is a 200m2 villa with 4 bedrooms on 2 levels, very comfortable and well-furnished (new air conditioning in all rooms): living room with large TV (WiFi included) of 42m2, separate dining room of 17m2, very well-equipped kitchen of 10m2 with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, laundry room with washing machine, separate WC, bedroom of 19m2 (150cm bed) with 6m2 with shower and WC. Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms, all air-conditioned (1 bed of 180cm and 2 beds of 160cm) with private bathroom and toilet/shower each.
