VILLA MARINA

Villa Marina has a very intimate relationship with the sea as the Mediterranean is right in front of it and the views are spectacular. Located in the exclusive suburb of Roques Dorades in L’Amettla Del Mar on the Costa Dorada, this villa offers space, privacy, intimate gardens and accommodation for up to 13 people. The villa has a large and modern kitchen with dining area that leads onto a terrace and barbecue zone. There is also a second covered terrace for al fresco dining and both these terraces enjoy fabulous sea-views. The pool is on a lower level with a two meter high cypress hedge to ensure ultimate privacy as you sunbathe by the pool or kick a ball around with the kids on the lawn. There is a spacious independent lounge area, utility area and two bedrooms on the ground floor. One is a double bedroom with access to the terrace and the second has two single beds and they share a spacious bathroom. Moving up to the top floor, you have the spectacular master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, private shaded terrace and sweeping views of the sea. And as this is a very large villa, on the basement level there are three more bedrooms. Two bedrooms with two single beds and one very spacious bedroom with three single beds. There is also a bathroom on this level. And naturally given its privileged location in the fishing port town of L’Amettla, there are beaches and restaurants, visits to the tuna farm, scuba-diving, fishing excursions, wind and sail surfing to name but a few activities available. And naturally with a tuna farm off the coast, there are a number of excellent restaurants that offer delicious sashimi dishes and succulent barbecued fish steaks and a wide range of wines produced in the nearby wine producing area of Terra Alta. All in all, Villa Marina offers super accommodation with lots of space at an wonderfully affordable price.
