”We did book 2 rooms . In the first room , one of the pillow on the bed was smelling dog poop and we could hear the smalls dogs from the room next door barking like crazy. In the other bedroom , the trashes were not emptied when we arrived . The A/C was not working . Finally , the pool was freezing and the heater was not working for the pool and SPA . We won’t return there .”

”My favorite place ever to stay with the kids! It's so well thought out and designed with kids in mind. The kids club was a blast, the elevator is the cherry on top. We love it here! If I had to mark it down at all it would be that the buffet is mid and the shows available could be better for the kids.”

”Ok I wish I’d known this… This hotel was recently renovated and reopened as Solea I think March 2026. While most of the property looks great and fresh, there was much to be desired as a guest. The staff was nice, but clearly they are understaffed and undertrained. Every step of our stay was so frustrating. We were often left waiting for a valet, a service, to be seated at the restaurant- and promptly forgotten. Getting our car parked by the valet was incredibly hard as they generally were not...

”The property is old and has been remodeled. The room was exceptionally clean, with no signs of previous guests, no spider webs on the corners, and no moldy-looking grout in the shower or bathroom. The staff does a great job of keeping the grounds clean. The food options are limited at the property, and the pool area doesn't have a jacuzzi. There's parking available all the time, but I don't understand why there's a $15/night charge if there's no security or any assistance from the hotel. The...

”The staff were nice enough, they only had one person checking in though and he said it was his first day. The average wait time to check in was about 30 minutes. We checked in at 345 and didnt get our room until 421 for a 40l pm check in time. Our door didnt lock. The latch didnt actually catch on the door. The door frame was installed wrong and the actual handle latch was lower than the frame. We called maintenance and they put a screw in the door frame to just push it down so the door would...

”Most unsupportive and unhelpful place i have ever try to stay. I travel for a living and have never experienced this kind of situation before. I was pulling a small enclosed trailer behind my car because I was helping a friend move their belongings. Every hotel I stayed in previously had no problems with it.
