Holiday home with communal pool for rent on the Costa Brava. The house 'La Colmena' is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Please note: the maximum number of adults allowed is 4, and the third bedroom is exclusively reserved for young children.

It is ideal for family vacations, as children (and adults) can enjoy the communal area with pools for all ages, even for the littlest ones in the house. Here, you can make many friends and create unforgettable memories.

The exterior of the property is divided into two parts: one gardened area at the front plus a terrace at the back, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy delicious outdoor meals. From this terrace, you have access to the communal area, shared by only eight homes, which has a large sunny pool and a small children's pool.

The house is charming and spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. From this floor, you can access the outdoor terraces. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with bunk beds, strictly for children), as well as a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a view of the pool, while the third one has access to a balcony. For your comfort, the house is equipped with a dishwasher and WIFI connection.

The 'La Colmena' rental is located in a peaceful setting, close to nature thanks to the nearby forest, all within a beach atmosphere, as the Riells beach is less than a 15-minute walk from the property.
