It is an excellent apartment, for several reasons, the location 50m from Cala la Creu beach, and less than 5m from the historic center of l'Escala, where there is also Platja de les Barques.

The benefits offered by the apartment in terms of equipment are complete, the community pool with trampoline and landscaped.The apartment is on the second floor, has an elevator, facing North, with views from the terrace to the pool, garden and the Sea. The Residence known as Punta Romana, is located just 150 meters from the beach in the center of the Old Town of l'Escala, where you can find bakeries, a variety of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, clothing.

Beaches: Popular points of interest near Punta Romana include Platja de la Creu, Mar d'en Manassa beach and Platja de les Barques and a short walk from the Playas de Sant Martí d Empúries.
