Villa Salba is a contemporary bioclimatic style architect-designed villa built in 2023.

The villa is made up of two completely independent dwellings, Aloes (T2) and Vacoa (T3).

- From the garden, terrace and veranda, you can enjoy a superb 180° panoramic view of the coastline, you can notably see many local birds (Mauritius blackbirds, papangues, cardinal, tec-tec, tropicbirds...), as well as lizards and margouillas, but also, during the season, spot whales jumping from afar!

- Parties and events of any kind are not permitted in the villa (out of respect for the neighbors, quiet and residential area). Villa completely non-smoking inside, ashtrays are available if needed outside.
- Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

- Villa Salba is located in a quiet area of Etang Salé les Hauts.
- Ideal altitude of 100m, allowing you to benefit from natural ventilation from the trade winds all year round and easy access to the city center in 3 minutes (shopping center, restaurants, bakeries, doctors, pharmacies, banks, butcher, wine merchant, bike rental, etc.)) and the forest (health trail, mountain bike trails, hiking trail, 18-hole Étang Salé golf course, stables);
