”The water in the shower and sink were draining slow. There is a giant window in the bathroom with a. view of what appears to be another hotel / someone’s room that is looking down into the bathroom which made me uncomfortable. The hotel is loud at night and you hear literally everything from people walking past to having a quiet conversation. ”

”The staff was courteous and helpful but the water wasn’t really hot in the shower, there are no screens on the windows, there was loud music from the restaurant I had to request to be turned down, there were leaves and a dead bug in the shower. It was just a lot to pay for not what I would expect.”

”Room was clean and tidy, nice sheets and pillows, toilet and shower were also reasonable with working hot water. Food and drinks in the restaurant were great, and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. This hostel was better than some of our other Air BnBs etc. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a lower costs but nice accomodation. I got a private room, and yes it can be slightly noisy, but it honestly didn’t bother me. Our room didn’t have a wall to ceiling door in the toilet,...

”The whole property is simply beautiful. It is a vineyard and winery (pisco distillery really) “old hacienda” turned into a hotel. The building (hotel, rooms, restaurant, gym, chapel, distillery) is all in the vineyard. Some rooms overlook the vineyard (gorgeous). The staff is friendly and professional. Food was delicious (local and international dishes. The pool is perfect. ”
