”Lovely countryside wineyard, very friendly owners, excellent breakfast.
The building is very old, which makes a nice character, but the smell of the room was a bit unpleasant. Otherwise the room was really nice. ”

”The owner/hostess was so very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. It was fun being in a classic old building with all the amenities you could want. I would stay there again.”

”Really wonderful accommodation. Walking distance to town. Not a hotel but a guest house in a refinished and vibrantly appointed (200 year-old?) historical home newly acquired and attentively managed by Sandra, Michael and son Valentin who were the most welcoming, engaging and thoughtful hosts imaginable. Large, beautiful rooms. Breakfasts were lovely, and we really enjoyed the option of one of Michael’s incredible dinners. Really happy to have found Maison Mulato. If you go, make sure to spend a...

”Mycket bra och hjälpsam personal. Fantastiskt god mat, vilket man inte kan tro pga den rätt ocharmiga miljön.
Perfekt för att stanna två nätter och utforska slott och den lilla vinbyn St Emilion”

”Food is excellent and we were made very welcome despite arriving late for dinner after a long drive. The chateau itself is a lovely building in a beautiful setting and is furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and modern. Atmosphere is relaxed and informal. We didn’t have time to use the spa facilities but will do next time we visit.”

Fabulous restaurants just meters away, including the outstanding L’Huterie Pie, just across the street. If you want to stay in St Emilion ( and you do to stroll the lanes after the tour buses have...
