This welcoming 70 m² apartment located on the 3rd floor of a quiet residence with a lift can accommodate up to 6 travellers.



Upon your arrival, you will discover the living area with its lounge corner equipped with a sofa and a television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and a citrus press. You can share your meals at the indoor table, or you can also enjoy the one installed on the balcony.



On the night side, the apartment has 3 bedrooms:

A bathroom with a hairdryer and an independent toilet complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are at your disposal.

To vary your pleasures, you can spend an evening at the Casino, discover the ramparts and salt marshes of Guérande, or taste ice creams or chichis along the quays of Pouliguen.
