”Pros: Property was clean and well-maintained. Parking was close to the property Cons: there’s no a/c inside the rooms. A/C is only available in the main living area. Stove was not working properly. ”

”I was really pleasantly surprised by how quiet and large this location is! I wish we'd stayed there for more than the one day, it was exceptional and very easy to check in and find. So convenient for the morning train, as well! The only thing I didn't like was the couch, it was pretty stiff. ”

”Ideal location. Across the street from the beautiful park and very walkable to Old Town. Quiet at night, but a block away from multiple restaurants. Great safe parking and walking and charming, comfortable interior. Highly recommend.”

”The apartment was quite large and well laid out. Our large group fit very comfortably and the kitchen/dining/living common area was a great place to hang out. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including old quebec and the grocery store. Karl was very responsive. The stairs to get in are steep.”

”Nina is the perfect host! She is very responsive and the property was excellently located. Property has a lot of old world charm, but could use a few updates (cracked tiles, broken back window etc). Also when traveling with a group of girls, wish there was a security system! Otherwise great stay.”

”The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere. The house was walking distance to Old Quebec, Quarter Montcalm, and museums. The house is a lovely turn of the twentieth century home with everything you could need. The host provided a fantastic book with all the sites you could see, restaurant recommendations and grocery stores “Marche”. This is a great place to stay for a family.”

”I booked the apartment to take my 80 year old parents and my college aged daughter as a Mother’s Day gift for my mother. A wonderful property. Perfectly located. Includes free underground parking pass which is located about two blocks away- easy and great. There is also 1hour street parking on the street so you can load/ unload your car before you park in garage. Apartment is next to the Grande Allee gate to the old city. Google map to see how easy it is to walk everywhere. Looks just like...

”Loved that it was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Old Quebec. Didn’t like that there was no parking available and had to use public parking. The hosts were great in giving parking options and quick to respond to messages. Very clean and modern apartment. Not the usual feeling of a hotel room. Overall were satisfied and would recommend to family and friends ”
