Stay in La Bernerie to discover one of the preserved villages on the Côte de Jade coast and set off to explore the Pays de Retz region.



This family home of 210m² with the charm of seaside villas from the last century can accommodate up to 12 people and enjoys an ideal location for a family stay facing the sea and just a stone's throw from the village. The villa overlooks "La Plage des carrés" directly and offers a superb view of the Ocean.

The basement provides access to the enclosed garden and comprises two double bedrooms (180cm and 140cm beds), a single bedroom (90cm bed) with a cot, a bathroom and an independent toilet. The ground floor has a suite (140cm bed and ensuite) and a dining room – living room with WIFI allowing everyone to gather and enjoy the ocean view and observe the magnificent sunsets. (Television on site but no aerial, an HDMI cable is available) The independent kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle and necessary kitchen utensils and equipment. From the kitchen you can access the 20m² wooden terrace and thus enjoy the garden and sea air.

Under the eaves on the upper floor you have two double bedrooms (180cm and 140cm beds) and a children's bedroom (90cm single bed - sealed window). A shower room and an independent toilet complete this level. Also available in the rental; a washing machine and outdoor furniture. The garden is enclosed and two private parking spaces on the property are at your disposal.
