”Experiência incrível. A anfitriã se chama Nahir e foi presente durante toda a nossa estadia com comunicação sempre rápida. O apartamento é muito bem equipado, chuveiro muito bom e havia café e chá à disposição. O café da manhã é feito em uma cafeteria ao laudo muito boa. ”Communication was great and timely. Easy for Uber to pick us up from the apartment building. Grocery store was a few blocks away. There were a few coffee and pastry shops close by. Not a lot of restaurants nearby but it’s close within driving distance. ”

”I always choose to stay here. Near Palermo for nightlife and restaurants, but nice and quiet. The area, Villa Crespo, I find safe and it is changing rapidly. Lots of new bars and restaurants. Casa San Jose is a beautiful historic building and the rooms are fitted out beautifully. The rooms are secure, and the kitchenettes perfect to make breakfast. I find it a very calming place to stay.”

”Incredibly helpful staff all around. Rooms on the small side, but you would expect that in a boutique hotel. Location is at the edge of the nightlife-area. No noise or disturbance. Wifi was good. Would stay again!”

”The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I would absolutely stay again. The rooms were very worn but clean. Super safe, someone at front desk to let you in 24/7. Housekeeping were kind and professional as well. Truly amazing staff all around. ”

”This hotel feels like your staying at your cool and sophisticated friends house. The space is warm and inviting, the staff are beyond helpful and attentive. I have never felt at such ease in a hotel in my life. For my first time in BA this was an ideal location in the trendy and hip Palermo neighborhood. A true gem of a hotel. ”

”If you are looking to be in Palermo Soho amongst the great restaurants and shops, you can’t do better than 1828 Smart Hotel. The staff were friendly, the breakfast delicious and the beds super comfortable. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in town.”

”I loved absolutely everything about this little gem of hotel. I only needed to stay 1 night and it was perfect. I enjoyed the outside patio, very relaxing, the dining facilities were perfect and the staff was all very friendly and professional. Next time I need to stay in BA that’s were I will stay”
