Asunnot – La Cartuja Island

”Inside the suite was spacious, nice and clean. I didn't like the location.”

”Super Clean Like new everything including construction Friendly Staff Very convenient location”

”I recently spent my last two days of holiday at this property, and I regret to say that it was a frustrating experience. I initially booked for three people, but since one of my sons stayed with his friend, it was just my other son and me who arrived close to midnight. Upon arrival, to my dismay, I found there was no water in the fridge, and with the unbearable heat outside, this was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the towels and bedding were old and of poor quality, definitely not what I...

”Very clean place, the only thing is the shower is very small, is someone is taller than 6’2” that person will have issues taking a shower. In general, this was a good property!”

”Todo ok”

”The room is very beautiful and large, central location, lovely interior décor, and architecturally charming exterior. The WhatsApp support was very quick and helpful. The check-in and room access via app works very well and is pleasant to use. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable, and has excellent value for money. The only suggestions, these are tips, not criticisms, are the following: I recommend placing a full-length mirror in the room, as there is plenty of space to do so. Please...

”We enjoyed our stay and liked the location, Triana is a very interesting and charming neighborhood. Be aware that this is across the river from the Old Center. It is a pleasant walk but something to consider. Not crazy about the bed being tight against the wall, maybe move the night stand to the other side so there is room for both people to get in bed. Limited outlets for electronics-I travel with a small "powerstrip" for just this reason.”

”So disappointing! Would not do it again with this company. The location in Seville Triana neighborhood is terrific and close to a market with lots of restaurants. BUT the place needs basic maintenance and to be deep cleaned. Nasty is a word that comes to mind. The host did not respond to our ask for two more towels and to get the TV working. We had two skimpy towels for our six days and no kitchen towels. The Property Manager suggested we buy our own towels!”

”The apartment is well-placed near the center of the town of Sevilla. There are shops and markets near the apartment location. Sevilla is amazing. The check-in has been simple and well organized. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The bedroom is not so large and I would be better to add some drawers for clothes. The bed pillows are not comfortable (too hard). The bathroom is small with a small sink without supports for toilet items. I'm globally satisfied but something...

”The check-in was easy as they met up with us as soon as we arrived. The location was amazing as just outside our door were many restaurants and cafés. However, the apartment was very quiet. The tourist areas were just about a 15 minutes walk away. We also saw a great Flamenco show one evening. There were many amenities in the apartment which made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.”
