”We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as...

”My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at this lovely boutique hotel. We absolutely loved every inch of the building. It was clean, stylish and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was also a nice bonus. The location was perfect and makes a great home base for the walkable attractions near by (La Setas, The Cathedral, the Royal Alcazar…) and I would have to agree with all the other reviews that Olga was such a sweet and welcoming host! We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting...

”Nice and quiet apartments. Kitchen had everything we needed. For us unusual to have front desk at apartments but this one had and that was a welcome suprise. Disappointment for us was that the swimming pool was closed as we payed for a hotel with swimming pool. We didn't have a car so to reach this hotel was hard. Buses not go to this place anymore in the evening so only option was taxi. Luckily there is a food place about 10 min walking distance and there are few kind of restaurants to choose...

”Fabulous central location. The apartment was huge and spotlessly clean (had daily maid service), 6 small balconies with views all around the square and a lovely roof top terrace with direct access from the lift in our room. Everything you could need was provided including robes and slippers and a daily stocked minibar fridge. The bed was enormous and comfortable. Check in was very easy although in the sister hotel 5 min walk away. There was the option of having a lift from the porters if needed....

"The reception upon arrival cannot be praised. There were 3 employees, one of whom had customers and the others were staring at their computers. None of them even said hello. So I stood there waiting until a man nodded just enough for me to dare approach. Nothing was said, and after a while, he transferred my passport to the woman next to him. That also puzzled me, whether the transfer was temporary or not. It turned out that she finally took care of my matter. Breakfast was still excellent, and the cleaning staff took care of their duties well."
