”We loved our stay here! Apartment was great, and host was wonderful. Beds were very firm, and stairs were part of our Seville workout, but we would absolutely rent here again. So easy to explore and enjoy the city from here.”

”Perfect for our group of 10 people : convenient, clean, spacious and well equiped. The roof-top terrace is absolutely amazing. The only small disagreament was a reccurrent permanent noise (like a compressor or a pump starting each 10 seconds on the roof) that could be eared in all the rooms. I don't know if the noise is always there or if it is something that can be fixed, but it kept some of us from sleeping. All the rest was just perfect !”

Bäder und Küche sind nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, es fehlt jedoch nichts Notwendiges. Für empfindliche Personen: In die Toilette darf kein Papier geworfen werden. In den Pool muss man bei längerem Aufenthalt etwas Arbeit investieren, es wehen doch immer mal wieder mal Blätter usw. hinein. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Lebensmittel sollten...

”A beatifully renovated house in the ideal location for exploring Sevilla. There were 5 friends and the house gave us a large room and bathroom each which was ideal. Spread over 4 floors the lift was welcome for luggage! We made great use of the large rooftop and the house and kitchen have everything you need. Very quiet at night too.. Would love to return”

”The unit was so great with two bathrooms and the rooftop was great! It is in a great location, convenient to walk to sights and a quick cab ride to train station. It is located above a restaurant and bar so it’s a bit noisy until midnight. If you do as the locals do, this is not a problem as dinners are eaten late so bedtime is late as well.”

”The house is in a quiet location, very comfortable with a good layout, and is also well equipped. The garden is interesting with lots of cacti and succulents, and the pool is just great. The nearby town offers great restaurants and good food shopping. Access to Seville is easy, with a short drive to park by one of the stations on the metro. The owner was very friendly and helpful with advice on all such aspects.”

”Parfaitement situé et facilement accessible. La maison a beaucoup de charme, les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées et fraiches. Seuls bémols : des odeurs provenant des toilettes (chambres) correspondant a dés remontées de canalisations, et un moteur de VMC bruyant au niveau du rooftop qui est dû à un probleme de fixation causant des vibrations. Très bon sejour dans l’ensemble, on recommande.”
