”The Manoir is a charming, rustic property. A warm and friendly welcome from Marie. Te property is a couple of kilometres from the nearest village so peace & isolation is guaranteed. A refreshing dip in the pool on arrival was very welcome. Marie’s home cooking for the evening meal was lovely with a great selection of wines. The room was on the top floor. Good, comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a great walk in shower.”

”The hotel is absolutely charming, uniquely situated inside a gorgeous, historic château, and lovingly maintained and attended to in every detail. Our welcome was warm, kind, and made us feel completely at ease. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and the breakfast just lovely, in a separate little cafe on the property that was near the castle grounds where you could also sit in a beautiful garden, swim in the pool, and/or play ping pong. Highly recommend. We would come here again!”

”This is an absolutely delightful little hotel with very warm and welcoming hosts, Vicky and Jean Luc, who went well out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time. Our room was simply lovely and the breakfasts were fabulous with freshly squeezed orange juice, really good coffee and delicious croissants, fruit salads and yoghurts. If you are visiting Poitiers or passing through on your way to other parts of France or Europe it is a complete treat to stay here. We were there for five...
