”The Manoir is a charming, rustic property. A warm and friendly welcome from Marie. Te property is a couple of kilometres from the nearest village so peace & isolation is guaranteed. A refreshing dip in the pool on arrival was very welcome. Marie’s home cooking for the evening meal was lovely with a great selection of wines. The room was on the top floor. Good, comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a great walk in shower.”

Hundreds of grace notes abound, little touches of elegance and thought. Spotlessly clean and with all the amenities you could desire. ”Beautiful location beside the lake - many things to occupy the kids - pool, trampoline and boats. Peacock greeted our arrival and we were all fascinated by the photographs of the owners very very extensive travels. Friendly, smiling hosts and abundance of croissant for breakfast. We ventured out for supper at local town - which was quiet (August). Definitely recommend to others.”
