The location in a small close gives the property a quiet setting, despite being close to the village and the ski slopes.

Less than 2km from the centre of La Clusaz, it's easy to get to the shops and restaurants, as well as all the entertainment in the village. The outside spaces have just been refurbished, with the great addition of the hot tub, and the terrace that has been extended so that there is plenty of room to relax after a great day in the mountains.

Chalet Hollygotty has four bedrooms with three bathrooms. The living room is warm and welcoming, with a kitchen opening onto a large table for feasts with friends. There's also a seating area where you can relax on the sofas around the fireplace.

The garage has plenty of room for parking and for storing your equipment safely. The ski room is great for drying your ski gear while you wait for the pistes to open the next day.

Chalet Hollygotty offers a great level of comfort and equipment for everyone. Families will love the outdoor facilities - you can keep an eye on the children while you relax in the hot tub!

IMPORTANT: Sheets, towels and linens, as well as 1h30 of mid-stay cleaning are included in the price of your stay. Para-hotel services are offered to guarantee you a carefree and worry-free stay. If you wish to set up one of these services, please contact the manager once the booking is effective. Here is what we offer: additional hours of cleaning during your stay, delivery of pastries and bread for breakfast, or preparation and service of breakfast at the chalet, supply of additional linens on request. Note: the "plancha" and outdoor furniture are available from beginning of May until the end of the French "Toussaint" holidays.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
