Ideally designed to accommodate your family holidays, it has enough space for everyone to relax, take time out to rest or work, or get together.

The chalet is ideally located for ski-in/ski-out via the Var piste below the chalet.

Parking instructions will be given on arrival and must be respected throughout the stay so as not to block access to the neighbourhood.

LE BEL ÉTAGE is the main floor of the chalet:

- The chalet is ideally located in La Clusaz, on the road to Lac des Confins, a 20-minute walk from the village centre.

Transport :
- Regular bus routes SIBRA Y62 Y63 take you easily to Annecy train station and La Clusaz bus station (about 60 minutes).
The village bus service ARAVISBUS Line 1, with a stop close to the flat, provides easy access (ONLY during the summer and winter seasons) to the centre of the village of La Clusaz.
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 80 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, 4 private outdoor parking spaces and a basement garage are available.

- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.

On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
