The host showed his ability to notice others' needs when he arose from the table to offer a kleenex box to a guest whose need for a kleenex I had not noticed, nor, I think had other guests. ”Large room with kitchenette that included toaster, pots, pans, dishes etc etc. There was an in-room fireplace and sofa bed. When adding in a pool and sauna, and convenient outdoor parking included, the experience is amazing especially for the price! Highly recommend.”

”Great room, so many amenities and activities to do, and the views from the suites were beautiful. The check in process was a bit slow though and the desk clerk did not seem to be having a good day, she was a bit short with other customers. We also found a handful of pills on the floor of our room which could’ve been very dangerous considering that we had a crawling baby with us on the trip - cleaning crew need to do a better job in that aspect.”

Then next day we went to reception again and our concerns were taken care of. Except for that one specific employee on the front desk, all other staff were extremely helpful! Two concerns, first the hot tub closed at 10PM, would have been nice if it was open until late and second, the suite was spacious, however there wasnt a single...

”Lovely hotel which blends stately architecture with a modern expansion. The room was large, clean and well-appointed. The hotel backs on to a beautiful river park. Up the street is Perth's lovely downtown full of preserved stone buildings - some almost 200 years old. The restaurant is beautiful with river views, good food and a surprising wine list. Our family had a lovely stay.”
