Lomamökit – La Consulta

”What an amazing find! Excellent place, room (tiny house!), cleanness, friendly and helpful staff, food... and the VIEW! It is worth being far from anything. Super recommended!”

”The property sits on a historical winery which is the oldest in the valley. Veronica and her team did a wonderful job managing the property, They are very attentive. The adobe structure was charming, clean and comfortable; the grounds are beautiful. We feel like sitting in someone’s cozy home when we had light dinner and breakfast. Sitting around the fireplace in the living room with fellow travelers sipping wine was extremely relaxing. Veronica also showed us the winery which is lovely. Highly...

”A disappointing experience. The place is beautiful, but it seems the owners have not given money for upkeeping investments. The chairs in our room were stained. The telephone did not work (we got a new one when requested), the tap was not only dripping - water was literally pouring. We had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. The tap was not mended during our 3-night stay. The hotel has bicycles you can borrow to ride around. 70 % of them are in undrivable condition. It is such a shame...

”Beautiful setting made up for the very rustic rooms: old fashioned keys, no safety mats in the shower, huge spider in the room. Could improve their coffee in restaurant by either serving hot milk & coffee (like many hotels in Argentina) or replacing their machine.”

”I arrived at The Vines with no expectations and left completely blown away. I originally wanted to stay at Casa de Uco, but it was booked, and while researching alternatives I discovered The Vines. I’m so glad I did. We stayed in Villa #4 with lake and Andes views, and it was breathtaking. The villa was beautifully designed, spacious and sophisticated, with thoughtful details including a welcome bottle of wine. But the spectacular view of the Andes is something I’ll never forget. I also knew...
